You think thousands of thoughts every day. If you talk to yourself more than anyone, you are your 

 trusted advisor and reliable. You never share anything you say with yourself because it will expose you to the "rights". You are filled with doubt, anxiety, sadness, guilt, anxiety and frustration.

But it's not really 'you' at all. It is you who created your system of ego and faith. You created these negative beliefs, and you accepted them as true. Unfortunately, nothing can be further from the truth.



Where did these misconceptions about you originate? They mostly come from others. Parents, teachers, colleagues and friends. Maybe they planted the seed by saying something like "he's fat", and you took the remarks to the point that it became your truth.

How do you think your life will change if you take a step forward and talk only positively about yourself? If you take some time to focus on yourself and just focus on it, your emotional state will be positive to where you will be able to do anything.

Once you start looking for the positive things inside you, you will be amazed that your greatness is always just below the surface. You can never be the bright bundle of happiness that came into the world years ago. It's easy to expose your positive side by asking a few questions.
 What am I good at?
What have I gained from living in the world?
 Who am I, what is there in my heart that only I know?
What do I like about my body?

Your goal now is to feel good. How about your health if you only see what feels positive about you, you will feel good, you will be happy. Decide how you want to feel here and now. Decide that you will always find the good in you and appreciate appreciation.



So, what does all this have to do with losing weight? Everything is your emotional state valve that determines what you draw from your experience. How you communicate with yourself shapes your beliefs and programs. So you have to ask yourself, do you want to base your beliefs and subconscious programming on negative thinking? Or do you want your faith to be based on the truth, that you are always a perfect being?

Start today to love and cherish yourself. Let the natural joy, playfulness and excitement of childhood permeate your daily experiences. Give yourself permission to celebrate every success, no matter how small. Love and appreciate yourself at every opportunity.
